Family Liaison Officer
A member of staff has been assigned to this role for 3 days week. They are working with parents / carers and outside agencies to co co-ordinate annual education reviews and care and support meetings.

Pupil Intervention Co-ordinators
Two members of staff have been assigned to this role, each for 1 day per week, to work with small groups or individual pupils who have been identified as requiring additional support for both literacy and numeracy. Both staff will spend time visiting other schools, both mainstream and SEN provisions in order to gain an insight from others who run similar programmes of support.

ELSA Practitioners
Three members of staff have been assigned to this role, each for 1 day per week, to work with small groups or individual pupils who have been identified as requiring additional emotional support through emotional literacy. One member of staff completed the ELSA training course with Alun Flynn’s team in the autumn term, and has set up the programme here in School. Two additional staff members will complete the ELSA training programme during the summer term 2018.
